Symantec

Symantec announced the new Symantech Family Safety Initiative, which focuses on helping parents ensure that their children can have safe online interactions in a broad range of areas. The application allows parents and children to collaborate and develop agreed upon rules for online activity, including which people will be blocked during online chat sessions, what type of information will be made public on social networking sites, etc. Once the rules have been established, parents can monitor their children’s online activity and guarantee a safe online experience.
