Pathworks Software

Pathworks Software today announced a customer service application called HelpStream. This is a Web-based, on-demand customer support and help desk solution that allows organizations to quickly deploy self-service and collaboration technology that is integrated with agent-based problem resolution processes. The solution has a strong community based collaboration feature, which allows help desk personel to ask questions of case management experts and resolve problems more quickly.
