Support.com helps home and small business PC users fix IT problems as they happen. Today, they launched a new product, PC Health Check, which is a free remote scan of your computer designed to check how well the computer is performing (whether it’s running fast or slow), diagnose hardware or software problems, and access vulnerabilities to a virus or spyware attack. The solution will provide users with a report of problems or potential problems to come, and then provides options for solving these issues.
