Seesmic

Like Twitter, but for video, Seesmic is a rich platform that enables connections among users with video. Seesmic is a web community where users can create forums and generate conversations about any subject through video. You can view videos online or on mobile devices. They currently have a user community of 3,000 people from around the world.
