Launching MoBeam, allows you to beam barcodes directly into scanners.  The technology uses a light source on a keychain-based device to duplicate the sequencing of a standard barcode.  The MoBeam keychain looks similar to an iPod nano.  It eliminates the need for a paper coupon or a tangible gift card because offers are delivered to the keychain device via Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones or transceivers, making MoBeam “the green way to shop.”
